Contest: Drug War Fails

Fight Prohibition and Win Bitcoin!
The war on drugs has been anything but a success. We all know that prohibition has massive negative consequences, economically and socially. In conjunction with Students for Liberty’s new campaign, End the Drug War, we’re launching a contest at Liberty.me. It’s high time (pardon the pun) we put a spotlight on this issue.
Over the next few weeks, we invite you to call out the biggest prohibition failures in whatever way you choose, whether through a personal story, GIF list, infographic, or a compelling article.
The Nitty Gritty
The contest rules are pretty simple:
- Write about a failure (or failures) of the drug war
- Tag your article with “Drug War Fails”
- Publish by midnight ET on October 5th, 2014
Ranking is based on the number of ‘Appreciates’ you get, so be sure to share. Anyone that encounters your article, whether a member or not, can ‘Appreciate’.
The Loot
Grand Prize 0.2 bitcoin
Finishers 2-5 0.1 bitcoin each*
*You can only win once.
